Job basic information 2020:

1. Name of Post : Assistant Foreman (E&T) (Trainee) Grade C   

Number  of posts: 07   

Educational Qualification:

(a) Matriculate or equivalent examination passed from any recognized Board of examination;

&

(b) Diploma or relevant and higher qualification (Minimum 3 year course) in Electronics Engineering from an institute recognized by the Government.

2. Name of Post : Assistant Foreman (Mechanical) (Trainee) Grade C   

Number  of posts: 72   

Educational Qualification:

(a) Matriculate or equivalent examination passed from any recognized Board of examination;

&

(b) Diploma or relevant and higher qualification(Minimum 3 years course) in Mechanical Engineering from an institute recognized by the Government.

(Technician Positions)

3. Name of Post : Technician Fitter (Trainee) Cat. III   

Number  of posts: 149

Educational Qualification:

(a) Matriculate or equivalent examination passed from any recognized Board of examination;

&

(b) ITI (2 year course) in Fitter Trade along with Trade certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT and minimum 1 year Apprenticeship Training Certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT under The Apprentices Act, 1961.

4. Name of Post : Technician Electrician (Trainee) Cat. III   

Number  of posts: 174

Educational Qualification:

(a) Matriculate or equivalent examination passed from any recognized Board of examination;

&

(b) ITI (2 years course) in Electrician Trade along with Trade certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT and minimum 1 year Apprenticeship Training Certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT under The Apprentices Act, 1961.

5. Name of Post : Technician Turner (Trainee) Cat. III   

Number  of posts: 19

Educational Qualification:

(a) Matriculate or equivalent examination passed from any recognized Board of examination;

&

(b) ITI (2 years course) in Turner Trade along with Trade certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT and minimum 1 year Apprenticeship Training Certificate issued by NCVT/ SCVT under The Apprentices Act, 1961.

6. Name of Post : Technician Machinist (Trainee) Cat. III   

Number  of posts: 08

Educational Qualification:

(a) Matriculate or equivalent examination passed from any recognized Board of examination;

&

(b) ITI (2 years course) in Machinist Trade along with Trade certificate issued by NCVT/ SCVT and minimum 1 year Apprenticeship Training Certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT under The Apprentices Act, 1961.

7. Technician Welder (Trainee) Cat. II   

Number  of posts: 83

Educational Qualification:

(a) Matriculate or equivalent examination passed from any recognized Board of examination;

&

(b) ITI in Welder Trade along with Trade certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT and minimum 1 year Apprenticeship Training Certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT under The Apprentices Act, 1961.

Age Limit : 
The candidate(s) must have attained the minimum age of 18 years as on the Crucial date and the age should not exceed beyond the upper age limit i.e. 30 years on the crucial date. Age relaxation is applicable to SC/ ST/ OBC/ ESM/ Departmental Candidates as per rules.
